Class Membership Packages

**All-In Package** - £75/month
Includes all classes, open gym use, and a program of your choice.

**3 Class Package** - £65/month
12 class package- ideal for those attending for example 3 sessions a week. 12 sessions in total on class package.

**2 Class Package** - £55/month
8 class package- ideal for those attending for example 2 sessions a week. 8 sessions in total on class package.

And for those who prefer flexibility, drop-ins are still available at £9 per class.

    Semi private PT sessions led and supervised by Eve or quality coaching, these sessions focus on strength, toning, and full-body transformation. Join us in a supportive group setting — upper body on Tuesdays, lower body on Thursdays — and work through tailored WF programs designed to deliver results.

    We help teens grow in confidence, develop coordination, and build a positive relationship with exercise — all in a supportive environment with expert coaching and like-minded peers. Whether they're new to training or already active, these sessions promote a healthy, balanced lifestyle and set the foundation for lifelong fitness habits.
