How do I attend a session?

To join us for an open gym session, simply navigate to the 'sign up' section at the top of the page. From there, access the calendar and choose your preferred time and day for your session. Next, select the membership option that best suits your needs. It's that easy to book your spot and enjoy our open gym facilities at Welch Fitness!

Is there a time limit to my booked session?

Each open gym booking is for a one-hour duration. If you require additional time for a longer session, simply book multiple consecutive sessions to accommodate your workout needs.

How many attendees are at the gym at any one time?

To maintain a comfortable and effective environment, we limit open gym attendance to a maximum of 8 individuals at a time. This ensures ample space and access to equipment for everyone to enjoy a productive workout session.

Why is the gym closed between 8am-1pm?

During these designated hours, the facility is exclusively reserved for pre-arranged private personal training sessions and classes. Regrettably, only the confirmed attendee(s) for these sessions are permitted at the centre during these times.

How old can I be to attend the gym?

The centre has an age restriction of 16+ for open gym access and 14+ for classes. If you have any questions or need to discuss this policy further, please feel free to reach out to us. We're here to assist you.

What is the best way to contact the centre?

Is there an induction charge or joining fee?

No, there is no charge for either of these services. However, if you would like an induction at the gym, we can arrange a personalised training session for you to familiarise yourself with the equipment and facilities.
